The three operational tools send the information you submit to an Osteam server endpoint. That endpoint sends the prompt to the Google Gemini API and streams the generated analysis back to your browser.

The current website code does not write tool submissions or generated answers to an Osteam database. Infrastructure and service providers may still process limited logs and request data under their own terms and retention practices.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is general operational guidance, not a production instruction, safety decision, legal opinion or professional certification assessment.

We process contact information to respond to your request, take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and manage an existing business relationship where applicable.

We process operational tool inputs because you ask us to generate the selected analysis. We process limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in securing, maintaining and improving the website.

Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already took place.

We use service providers where they are necessary to operate the website and respond to requests. These can include website hosting, email and AI infrastructure. Our operational tools currently use the Google Gemini API.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers should be covered by an applicable legal mechanism and provider safeguards. Provider terms can change, so their current documentation remains authoritative.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.

We keep email and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, relationship, administration and applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to operational and provider requirements.

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure, so please use appropriate judgement before sending sensitive information by email or through a website.

Depending on the circumstances, the GDPR may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent.
