Operational software for SMEs
We connect your tools and build software around your work.
We link the systems you already use, build practical web and mobile apps, and automate the steps between them. Where AI helps, it supports your team's decisions inside that workflow.
A practical example
Thousands come in. A handful get read.
Free text becomes fields. Values the model is unsure about get flagged instead of guessed, and every number traces back to the message it came from.
Hi, can you quote 1200 pcs in S235JR, tolerance ±0.05, delivery week 42 if possible?
no fields yet, just prose

What we do for clients
We connect systems, build apps and automate work.
We start with a specific operational problem, deliver software your team can use, and expand only where it helps.
Connect your systems
We link your ERP, spreadsheets and specialist tools so the same order, status or document does not have to be entered twice.
Orders, stock and production status in one reliable flow.
Build the apps you need
We design and build web and mobile software for the work your current tools leave out, from planning screens to shop-floor and quality tasks.
Useful screens and forms built around your team.
Automate the steps between
We turn manual handoffs, approvals and reminders into clear workflows. AI can flag exceptions and help people make informed decisions.
Less chasing, retyping and work falling through gaps.

About Osteam
A young team,
honestly
Full disclosure: there isn't a long history to tell here yet. We'd rather build the track record than write a story about one that doesn't exist.
What we do have is a small group of people who believe web applications, mobile apps, and data and automation processes are being accelerated by AI faster than most companies can keep up with. We went into the field to help industrial businesses, especially the ones that don't know where to start, fill that gap, and think it through together.
That's the step we chose to take.
The Challenge
Every business struggles
to modernize
Manufacturing shop or service business, most companies run on tools that were never designed for how they actually work. The barrier is not technology, it is finding someone who understands your operation.
Where do we even start?
There are too many tools and too many options. Without someone who understands your business, the path forward stays unclear.
Data stuck in spreadsheets
Planning lives in Excel, status updates in WhatsApp, and commitments in email. There is no single operational view.
Unclear return on investment
Without a specific implementation plan for your business, it is hard to estimate what automation would actually save.
Integration complexity
Your core systems, spreadsheets, and everyday tools speak different languages. Connecting them requires expertise most businesses do not have in-house.
Lack of internal expertise
Hiring dedicated software engineers is expensive and impractical for most small and mid-sized businesses.
Expensive consulting barriers
Large consultancies are built for large clients. Their fees, timelines, and generic approaches exclude the smaller business.
The Osteam approach
Operational software,
one problem at a time
We start with your operations
Before writing a single line of code, we map your current workflows, identify the highest-value automation opportunities, and build a clear implementation plan.
We build step by step
We prioritize changes that deliver measurable impact quickly, then expand. Every stage stays small enough to absorb without disrupting your business.
We stay hands-on after go-live
Your existing tools and systems stay in place. We build the missing connections between them, and stick around to make sure they hold.
Whatever you run today, we plug straight into it.
How We Work
From first conversation
to a system you use daily
No black box. Five plain steps, so you always know what happens next, and why.
Analyze
We look at how you actually work today: your tools, your team, your bottlenecks. No assumptions, no generic template.
Design
We sketch a solution sized to your team and your budget, not an enterprise platform you might grow into someday.
Build
We build it so your team can actually use it from day one. No thick manual, no lengthy training required.
Integrate
We plug it into the tools you already use. Your day-to-day keeps running while we do the connecting.
Improve
We keep watching how it performs, keep listening to your team, and keep improving it as your business changes.

Our Vision
From fragmented
tools toward
one connected system
Most small and mid-sized businesses run on a combination of spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and tools that were never designed for how they actually work. Planning happens in isolation, data never gets captured consistently, and there is no unified view of what is actually happening across the business.
We are building Osteam toward a specific goal: an operational backbone for SMEs in the Brainport region, whatever they build, sell, or run, where every business has access to software that matches how they actually work. We would rather ship less and have it hold up in the real world than promise more.
Built for every business size
Advanced operational software is not only for large enterprises. We build systems designed for SMEs: variable workloads, tight margins, and small teams.
Integration over replacement
We do not replace what you use. We integrate into your existing stack, fill the operational gaps where they matter most, and connect what was disconnected.
Step by step
We deliver in phases, starting with the highest-impact changes. No big-bang transformations. Each step produces working software running in your business.
Rooted in Brainport
Based in the Brainport Eindhoven ecosystem, we contribute to a region where SMEs of every kind can access the same operational intelligence as larger competitors.

Let's Work Together
Let's fix the work
between your systems.
Tell us where information gets retyped, decisions get delayed or work gets lost. We'll map the flow and find a practical first step.
